Garlic-Rosemary Pork Loin

Pre-heat 400

Grind 5 cloves garlic, handful rosemary

Remove, add mustard, olive oil, pepper to taste

Rub paste into pork loin

Place in roasting pan (or baking dish) with light layer olive oil

Roast 30 minutes, fat side down

Rotate, roast 25 more minutes
